- Advised international Lessor on aircraft financing, backed by an ECA guaranteed operating lease facility for an Asian carrier in connection with the delivery of a fleet of A330-300 aircraft.
- Advising a global hybrid hedge / PE fund with respect to a joint venture to be entered into with a PRC-based heavy engineering company and a US-based hedge fund.
- Representing founders on the establishment of a Ù350m global special situations credit fund trading a range of credit investments.
- Advising a syndicate of European banks in relation to a USD 500m umbrella capital call facility for a group of 3 diversified Cayman Islands and BVI established “captive” funds in connection with oil production private equity fund investments and managed accounts
